The luxurious ambience of Son Vida is mirrored in the high quality materials used to build the villa.

In the interior, Marble tiles ( Crema Marfil) with polished surface, incl. a marble trim " Rojo Alicante"  are used. The shower areas are tiled up to the ceiling with the same marble, as well as the washstands and bath tub. ,

The roof terrace will have ceramic tiles „terracotta style“. Exterior areas are done with marble "Piedra Binissalem abujardada".  Window seats and sills as well as arches and embrasures will be done with santanyi stone. Windows and French doors with a tilt and turn mechanism by high quality brand.

 

The house control system will be an insta-bus system and the heating realized by a two way heating pump and 10 solar panels. Solar Energy will be the main source of the heating system, warm water and pool heating. The under floor heating is able to heat and cool. Each room can be separate controlled. Additional fancoils can be used for cooling or dehumidification.

 

The house is equipped with 2 elevators incl. technical equipment.
