Son Vida II is part of the Son Vida urbanisation, located in the wooded hills above Palma Capitol. The size of the plot is approx. 2000 m2 and the villa will have a living space of approx. 600 m2 incl. basement, exterior terraces and poolarea.

Exterior areas are done with marble "Piedra Binissalem abujardada".  Window seats and sills as well as arches and embreasures will be done with santanyi stone. The house control system  will be an insta bus system and the heating realized by a two way heat pump and 10 solar panels. Solar Energy will be the main source of  the heating system, warm water and pool heating. The underfloor heating is able to heat and cool. Each room can be separate controlled. Additional fancoils can be used for cooling or dehumification.

 

The house is equipped with a elevator of 6 persons incl. technique.

 

A open fire place, build in kitchen,  Exterior BBQ,  build in furnitures etc. are not included but can be build in according to the clients wishes.
